This is a master planned community that encompasses 479 acres in Horseshoe Bay, in the outskirts of Dallas, Texas.

Its main planning concept was to surround various residential uses of different densities around the natural amenity of a water body, that touches most of the residential pods and whose core includes a manmade amenity center. Some commercial uses front the main access to the community, which is State Highway No. 71. The internal circulation is based on a collector road that loops around the community, giving access to every single pod, including residential, recreational and commercial.

As an additional amenity, the whole community is weaved by equestrian trails that circumvent the perimeter of the property, surround the lakeshore and meander throughout.
